GF Banana Bread

Cook Time 45 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cup GF 1 to 1 Flour
  • 2 tbsp ground flax
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/8 cup maple syrup
  • 2 large spotty bananas
  • 2 tbsp applesauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 355° and grease loaf pan.
  • Mix dry ingredients until combined.
  • Mix wet ingredients until combined.
  • Combine wet and dry to form batter.
  • Bake 35-45 minutes until center is set & edges are golden brown.
  • Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
