Cinnamon Raisin Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Method
 

  1. Combine eggs, milk, melted butter and maple syrup
  2. Combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, chia seeds and raisins
  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir to combine
  4. Bake at 350 °F for 30-40 minutes
