Cinnamon Raisin Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Combine eggs, milk, melted butter and maple syrup
  • Combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, chia seeds and raisins
  • Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir to combine
  • Bake at 350 °F for 30-40 minutes
