Method
- Peel pears and diced into small cubes.
- Add all ingredients to a saucepan or skillet over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce heat to a simmer until pears soften, cranberries pop, and sauce thickens, about 25 minutes.
- Mash pears with a fork until desired consistency.
- Serve immediately, or store in jars in the refrigerator until ready to serve!
