Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup einkorn all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup, more for drizzling
  • 5 tbsp grass-fed butter
  • 6 eggs

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°
  2. Preheat cast iron skillet. Once it's nice and hot, add butter.
  3. While the butter melts, combine remaining ingredients into a bowl, whisk to combine.
  4. Pour mixture into hot, buttered skillet.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, or until crust is fully puffed up and golden brown.
