Sourdough Bacon, Egg and Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients
  

  • 9 Eggs
  • 1 splash milk
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 9 slices bacon
  • 9 slices cheese of choice
  • 9 sourdough english muffins

Method
 

  1. Bake bacon at 375 °F for 20 minutes
  2. Combine eggs, milk, salt & pepper
  3. Bake egg mixture at 350 °F for 20-25 minutes until center is set
  4. Cut the eggs into squares
  5. Assemble sandwiches
