Sourdough Pancakes

Prep Time 10 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Sourdough Starter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

Method
 

  1. To a bowl, add sourdough starter, eggs, melted butter, maple syrup and baking powder
  2. Mix all ingredients together
  3. Ladle batter onto a hot, buttered skillet
  4. Wait for pancakes to get bubbly on the top and for bottoms to be golden brown
  5. Flip pancakes until other side also becomes golden brown
  6. Enjoy!
