Superfood Berry Smoothie

Not only is this smoothie sweet and refreshing, it is loaded with superfood ingredients to add more fiber, protein, healthy fats, and probiotics. Make this smoothie as an easy snack that packs a nutritious punch, or add to popsicle molds & freeze to enjoy superfood popsicles on a hot day.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed tropical fruit
  • 1/3 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 scoop collagen powder
  • 2 tsp raw honey
  • 3/4 cup plain whole milk greek yogurt
  • enough water to just cover all ingredients

Method
 

  1. 1. Add all ingredients to blender, adding wet ingredients last.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve in your favorite glass or add to popsicle molds and freeze.
