Ingredients
Method
- Dice green peppers & onions, mince garlic
- Add to a stock pot or dutch oven with avocado oil, sauté for 3-4 mins or until fragrant
- Add in ground turkey & cook through
- Add remaining ingredients
- Simmer for 20-30 minutes
- Remove from heat and allow to cool until warm, not hot
- Add to gallon sized freezer bag and freeze
- Remove from freezer & fully thaw when ready to eat
- Dump contents of bag into stock pot or dutch oven & reheat
